We lived locally and decided to down size.   This lifestyle suits us both, we loved the concept and it’s the best thing we have ever decided to do.   We live in a safe and secure community and we have very independent and active lives.

Less maintenance, the ability to travel with no stress and keep our van on site have been of great value to us.  We are a community of like minded people from various backgrounds, sharing many talents such as bowls and wine appreciation.    It is a vibrant community with great Village Managers. It’s like being on a permanent holiday.
